Hello and welcome to Denisse’s Table where you’re always my special guest.

After more than 20 years in TV I am now a chef, entrepreneur, writer, teacher and I am having the time of my life. In this site you will find my favorite recipes -traditional Latin dishes that I’ve tweaked and given them my own personal twist

Classes -  Once a month I teach Latin style cooking at the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC. My classes, like Night in Havana and Caribbean Fiesta, get sold out very quickly; usually there’s even a waiting list!
